Breakfast is a good range for the size of the hotel. Coffee is fresh and good quality. The staff are always friendly. This was my second stay, due to the the location and service. I love the aesthetic of the hotel with the rounded corners, it stands out against other hotels. The location is great as its very near nguyen hue street and saigon shopping centre. There's an udon restaurant nearby called Tenryu which is open late, I would recommend also. The staff are lovely and hard working. Tram Anh and Loan (delwyn and alice) were particularly warm and welcoming and enquired about our visit and experience. The hotel is big enough that it's convenient and well managed but small enough that you don't feel like a statistic. I've stayed at bigger ones that don't seem as bothered about guest wellbeing.

Excellent location- close to a little local market. Beautiful coffee just in front of the hotel and very cheap- we stayed for 4 nights and I would get a coffee every day. Nice stand selling banana chips just at the corner. Hotel is okay - very clean, room service were doing a great job. Room was small, but enough to only sleep in there. Breakfast we missed most mornings as we were jetlagged, but the coffee was excellent- best coffee in all the hotels around the world that I have stayed. Very close to the appointment coffee and all the sightseeing places in Sai Gon. The only thing that was a bit unpleasant was the smell at night coming from the bathroom- smelled like fermented cabbage, but that only happened at night and we just kept the door closed.

I travelled to Vietnam as a solo parent with 3 children and we stayed the first 2 nights at Hato Saigon Hotel. The hotel was nice enough, we booked the family suite with 1 extra cot bed (for an extra charge), but still worked out to be relatively cheap. The street the hotel is on is very narrow, so we had to get dropped at the end of the street and wheel our suitcases down (not very far), but good to know if you have a lot of luggage. The staff were lovely and very helpful, always opening the door for us. The wifi did not work at all in our room, but everywhere else in the property. If you stay, you absolutely have to try the Dumpling/Hong Kong street food vendor across from the hotel, the rice rolls dish was delicious!!! Great location.

All the staff were incredibly courteous - thanks Tyson for your kindness and professionalism helping me with the Grab app. I also appreciated the room change due to the club noise in the from the first room we were given - the second room was much quieter. The terrace was lovely, especially at night. WiFi is very spotty in the room. Other minor issues: room cleanliness is ok but not great. Hotel is located in a market street, so taxis will pick you up from opposite the hotel, but will likely drop you off on the main road nearby. Recommend getting a room with a window (although it won’t open).

Everything! From the staff to the room. Cannot recommend this property enough, the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and amazing shower pressure! Great little fridge that kept our food and drinks cold. After I had a medical emergency the manager Ms Delwyn went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after and the appropriate treatment was able to be provided. The staff were always very friendly when coming and going, small little hotel, in the middle of a street market which did not bother us at all. Very central and will miss everyone very much!
